Prices and shipping costs

The prices include the applicable VAT. The shipping costs depend on the shipping method and will be clearly communicated to you before you place your binding order. As a rule, the dispatch takes place via GLS or a forwarding agent. The shipping costs do not only refer to the postage, but also cover all shipping costs.

Fast delivery

We keep all items in stock so that you receive your order as quickly as possible

• Delivery takes place Monday to Friday daily, via GLS parcel service. Next business day delivery 98% guaranteed.
• Quick and easy parcel acceptance by the neighbors with a parking permit
• this applies to receipt of orders by telephone or via the Internet from Monday to Friday up to 12 p.m.,
  which can be deposited with a corresponding payment confirmation
  (note that orders placed on Friday by 12 p.m. will not be processed until 12 p.m delivered Monday)
• If orders are received after 12 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
  the delivery will be extended by one working day
• No delivery to a Deutsche Post packing station possible
• If delivering to a ParcelShop, please note the opening times.
  Collection is possible on the delivery day from 4 p.m. - with shorter opening times from one hour before the shop closes.
• Bulky items are sent by a forwarding agent, with an average transport time of 2 working days.
  When ordering, please be sure to provide the telephone number where the recipient can be reached during the day
  so that we can announce the delivery date (1st day before).

Shipping is always as an insured package. This means you have no risk of loss or damage in transit.

Payment types

Payment in advance

If the goods are in stock, the order will be dispatched after the invoice amount has been credited to our account.

PayPal

Fast and secure payment with PayPal. Your data is recorded in a separate terminal window via a secure connection to PayPal.

Credit card payment

You enter your credit card details at the end of the order processing. These are transmitted in encrypted form by our credit card partner PayPal, which authorizes your card and then debits the amount from your account. For your security, the credit card details are not cached by us. We do not have access to your data.

Invoice receipt

You will receive a detailed VAT invoice with every delivery. You will find the invoice in the package. This invoice is also valid as proof of purchase in warranty cases and should therefore be kept carefully.
